My Trainings & Relevant Experience

There are worlds of meaning and embodied wisdom in my own soma that I want to firstly recognize as one of the main intuitive guiding forces in my life. My body and lived experience has ushered my being into further evolution, and living in reciprocity with this body, my cycle, and the earth has only been made possible by trusting my path unfolding, and a lot of times trusting the inner voice that says “there must be another way”.

I have charted my cycle now for 3+ years, and have been using sympto-thermal fertility awareness method as contraception successfully.

In the same thread, I want to recognize that it is impossible to quantify the ways in which the earth and her communities have shaped me, shared lessons with me, and given me the life experience I move from. Here are just a few of the learnings that have deeply shaped me.

Lineages and Teachers:

I want to honor and thank all of the wise ones who have paved this path of body literacy and cycle awareness before me. I am honored to have learned from the lineages of womb wisdom in Traditional Mexican medicine, Traditional Chinese medicine, and Traditional East Asian medicine as well as folk herbalism lineages from all over the world. I feel deep gratitude for my teachers Kris Gonzalez, Jeevan Singh, Marissa Correia, Samantha Zipporah, and Rebecca Rice.

I give deep thanks to the lineages of my own ancestors, whose own womb wisdom was largely erased, and the Celtic folkways currently being revived through the land, Gaelic re-existence, song, and more.
